Poker and Blackjack Games
Poker is a type of card game whereby players gamble on the strength and value of their hands (card combinations)
against a standard hand strength hierarchy. The winner of a round either
produces the highest hand combination, or becomes the only player remaining in the pot after all other players have
folded.

involve several rounds of betting, a showdown (presentation and comparison of players cards) and some also involve
community cards. 
Poker is played throughout the world, but it is probably still most popular in its country of origin, the USA.
While poker players who play in casinos, tournaments and online tend to specialize in a small number of games
mostly Texas Hold'em) most home poker games are probably
still played in the traditional format known as "dealer's choice". The dealer of each hand specifies the poker
variant that will be played in that hand.

Blackjack is a popular American casino game. It is a banking game in which the aim of
the player is to achieve a hand whose points total nearer to 21 than the banker's hand, but without exceeding 21.
The game of casino blackjack or 21 is by far the most popular table game offered in gambling establishments.
In Nevada casinos this game is called 21 rather than Blackjack; "Blackjack" is the name of the
same game played in the home, with slightly different rules mostly associated with the absence of a house dealer. The
"Blackjack" holding of ace and jack is called a "natural" by all casino personnel.

The basic premise of the game is that you want to have a hand value that is closer to 21 than that of the dealer,
without going over 21. Other players at the table are of no concern. Your hand is strictly played out against the
hand of the dealer. The rules of play for the dealer are strictly dictated, leaving no decisions up to the dealer.
Therefore, there is not a problem with the dealer or any of the other players at the table seeing the cards in your
hand.
