Here you have the Poker hand rankings, they are the official Poker hand ranks for all kinds of Poker games and Poker related games. Some special rules apply when 2 or more players have the same hand rank.

Poker Hand Rankings
There are 52 cards in the pack, and the ranking of the individual cards, from high to low, is A, K, Q, J,
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. There is no ranking between the suits.
Standard Poker Hand Rankings
- Royal Flush: A, K, Q, J & 10, all in the same suit. All royal flushes are equal.
- Straight Flush: 5 cards of the same suit in sequence. Between 2 straight flushes, the one containing the
higher top card is higher. The cards cannot "turn the corner" (for example 4, 3, 2, A, K is not valid).
- Four of a kind: 4 cards of the same rank. This combination is sometimes
known as quads, and in some parts of Europe it is called a poker. Between 2 four of a kind, the one
with the higher rank is higher.
- Full House: 3 cards of one rank and 2 cards of another rank. When comparing full
houses, the rank of the 3 cards determines which is higher. If the threes of a kind were equal, the rank of the
pairs would decide.
- Flush: 5 cards of the same suit. When comparing flushes, the highest card determines which is higher.
If the highest cards are equal then the 2nd highest card is compared; if those are equal too, then the 3rd highest
card, and so on.

Poker Hand Rankings - Royal Flush
|
- Straight: Five cards of mixed suits in sequence. When comparing 2o sequences,
the one with the higher ranking top card is better. Ace can count high or low in a straight, but not both at once.
- Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank. This combination is also known as
Triplets or Trips. When comparing two threes of a kind the hand in which the three equal cards are of
higher rank is better. If you have to compare 2 threes of a kind where the sets of 3 are of equal rank, then the
higher of the 2 remaining cards in each hand are compared, and if those are equal, the lower odd card is compared.
- Two Pairs: A pair is 2 cards of equal rank. When comparing hands with 2 pairs, the hand with the highest pair
wins. If the higher pairs are equal, the lower pairs are compared. Finally, if both pairs are the same, the odd cards
are compared.
- Pair: A hand with 2 cards of equal rank. When comparing 2 such hands, the hand with the higher pair is better.
If the pairs are equal, compare the highest ranking odd cards from each hand; if these are equal compare the second
highest odd card, and so.
- High Card: 5 cards which do not form any of the combinations listed above. When comparing 2 such hands,
the one with the better highest card wins. If the highest cards are equal the second cards are compared; and so on.

Poker Hand Rankings Using a Bug
The use of a joker as a bug creates a slight variation to game play. Normally casino draw poker variants use
a joker, and thus the best possible hand is five of a kind Aces. In casino lowball, the joker
plays as the the lowest card not already in the hand.
Low Poker Hand Rankings
When playing games in which the lowest hand wins, there are some modifications to the ranking.
