3 Card Poker is a popular casino table game that was invented by poker player Derek Webb in the 1990's. Derived from the English game of 3-Card Brag, 3 Card Poker is also known as Tri-Card Poker at some casinos.

3 Card Poker

The modern casino game of 3-Card Poker is played with a 52-card pack at a special table on which the cards are dealt and bets placed. There are two bet types available. Before seeing any cards, each player can make a bet on one, both or neither: Ante and Play (a bet that the player's hand will beat the dealer's); and Pair Plus (a bet on the quality of the player's hand, paid independently of what the dealer is dealt).

The ranking of hands for 3 Card Poker are: High Card, Pair, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, and Straight Flush.
